E-Proyecta Budget Analyser is web-based application written in R+Shiny to quickly analyse the budget as provided by e-proyecta (UGR) to better assess and fill the justification reports for funding agencies (e.g. Ministerio, Junta de Andalucía, etc.).
The main objective is to classify (and quantify) the different items of the budget into the four main categories that funding agencies consider:
You just need to download the .xls file from the general tab of the e-proyecta's economic data section (see figure)
Check the info button beside the file uploader for further information about the file format.
Classification is made by filtering the input table mainly by concept and quantity. This means that others classifcation (different to the four main topics) is not spotte by this app. This maybe will implemented in future updates.
